How do I get my art to you?
You can either upload a digital photo for us to print and frame, or we can send you a prepaid mailer (a tube or a flat mailer) to safely send your physical art to our studio.
What is the turnaround time for an order?
Most orders are custom-built and delivered to your door within 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your frame leaves our studio.
What kind of materials do you use?
We use gallery-quality materials, including solid wood moldings, acid-free mats, and UV-protective acrylic to ensure your art is preserved and looks beautiful for years to come.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes, we want you to love your frame. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact our support team and we will work with you to make it right.
Can you frame objects or textiles?
Absolutely. We specialize in framing everything from jerseys and textiles to matchbooks and medals. Choose our 'Shadowbox' or 'Object Framing' options during the checkout process.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States, including the prepaid mailers we send for your physical art.
